Richard Byrd, 26, of Largo FL, recently took advantage of those "special" moments that a father and daughter can enjoy on August 6 2007. Like so many other parents do, he took his daughter along with him while he completed a few "errands."
Police report that one of those stops was at a local pawn shop, which could be a normal stop for many. The difference is, Byrd confessed to police that he stole several Sony PlayStation video games when he went there. He was arrested and jailed at the Pinellas County Jail where he still remains. He faces charges of burglary and child neglect.
After this, I am wondering if a copy of his booking photo will be "lovingly" placed in her babybook to preserve that "special" day with daddy.
